 Ingredients:

1 1/2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp garlic,smashed and minced

1 tsp bean sauce

2" fresh ginger,finely julienned

6 1/2 ounces chicken breast,boned,skinned,

sliced into thin,bite sized pieces

1/2 medium yellow onion,cut into quarters

Pinch of ground white pepper

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1/2 tbsp Kwan's sweet and sour sauce

1/4 tsp white vinegar

2 green onions,sliced into 2" lengths

3 tbsp fresh chicken stock

Method:

Heat a pan or wok over high heat and add the oil.

When oil is hot,add the garlic,bean sauce,and ginger in order.

Saute until the garlic is light brown.

Quickly add the chicken,yellow onion,white pepper,and

oyster sauce.Stir-fry for a few seconds.Add the sweet and sour sauce,

vinegar,green onions,and chicken stock.Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes,until the

chicken is done.Serve immediately.
