1 can corn kernels
1 big onion,chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 cup tomato puree

1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder-1/4 teaspoon
1/6 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup water
coriander to garnish


Heat the oil and fry the onions till golden brown

Add tomato puree and all the masala (except garam masala)

Let the masala simmer and when oil start leaving corners,

add corn and water and let it come to boil.

Lower the heat and allow cook (till corn get soft)

Garnish with garam masala, and coriander .

Serve hot with rice or paranthas.
