3 tsps. Jeera (Cumin Seeds )
4 tsps. Lahsun (Garlic),dry powder
4 tsps. Lal Mirch(Red
3 tsps. Saunth(Dry Ginger) powder
2 tsps. Amchur(Dry Mango) Powder
1 tsp. Pudina (Mint ),dry powder
tsps. Food color (dry, red)
1 tsp. Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
Mix all the ingredients together and dry grind them.
Store in airtight containers.
You can use this spice mix in various tandoori style dishes.
