Ingredients:

2 cups Atta(plain flour)
1/2 cup Pudina(mint leaves)
1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
2 green chilies
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing and deep frying

Method:

Ground the mint leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies, lemon juice, sugar and salt together to make paste.

Combine this paste with the flour, add enough water and knead into a firm and soft dough. Divide into 15 equal portions.

Roll out each portion to make small thin puris.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown .

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
