200 gms tamarind
300 gms jaggery
1/2 tsp dry ginger
2 tsp roasted jeera powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp chat masala
salt to taste
Soak tamarind in hot water,and take out pulp.
In a pan transfer the tamarind pulp,add jeera
powder,ginger powder,chilli powder,black salt,
salt,and jaggery and cook for 10 minutes.
Simmer on low flame till jaggery is completely
dissolves and the sauce gets a semi thick
