1 kg tomatoes,quartered
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp double cream
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
Pour 450 ml water in a pan and add the tomatoes.
Bring to the boil,reduce the heat and simmer gently,
stirring occasionally to break up the tomatoes,for
Sieve the sauce,then return it to the rinsed-out pan.
Add the methi,chilli powder and garam masala.
Return to a low heat.
Stir in the cream,salt and lemon juice.Finally,add
the butter,mixing it in until it melts.Serve immediately.
