Ingredients:

2 oz rice sticks,broken into 3"pieces

2 cups chicken broth

1 tbsp finely chopped ginger

1 tbsp Vietnamese fish sauce

1/2 pound large shrimp,shelled and

deveined

1/2 pound cooked crab claws

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

(including tops)

1 lime or lemon,cut into wedges

Crushed red pepper

Method:

Soak rice sticks in water to cover (about 20 minutes)

stir to seperate noodles.

In a pan combine broth,ginger,and fish sauce,bring

to a boil over high heat.Drain noodles and add them to

broth along with shrimp and crab claws,cover and cook

for 10 minutes or until shrimp are poaque.Remove from

heat and season to taste with crushed red pepper,if

desired.Serve hot.
