1 onion,finely chopped
20 gms grated paneer
2 green chillies,finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves,finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
Oil for frying
Boil potatoes,allow to cool,and mash to paste
Heat ghee in a pan and fry onion,add potato,green chilli,ginger paste and all other spices.
Saute and cook for a while.Remove from the fire.Keep aside.
Mix coriander leaves and paneer and potato mixture to the flour,add water to make dough
Divide the dough into small portions,roll into small puris and deep fry in oil.
Serve with mango pickle.
