Ingredients:

250 gms carrots,cut in pieces

100 gms chukander(beet root),cut in pieces

2 onions,finely chopped

1 potato,cut in pieces

salt to taste

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp cornflour

1/2 cup fresh cream

Method:

Pressure cook carrots,chukander,potato and onion in 6 cups water.

Allow to cool and make puree of it.

Transfer this puree to a pan,add salt,black pepper .

Mix cornflour in half cup water and add to soup,and cook for 15 minutes.

Add fresh cream and serve hot.
