Seive the maida with baking powder,soda-bi-carb and salt.
Mix sugar,egg,milk,and water.Knead it well into a medium soft dough.
Apply a little oil and cover it with a wet cloth for an hour.
Preheat oven to 250*c lightly grease as many baking trays as you have
or will fit in the oven.
Make 10 equal sized balls.
Apply a little oil and roll into round shapes,strech it from one side to give
little elongated shape.
Heat the greased trays in the oven for 5 minutes or until they are very hot.
Place the naan on the hot trays and bake until golden brown from both sides.
Serve hot with butter on top.
