Ingredients:

200 gm paneer,grated

5 potatoes,boiled,mashed

4 tbsp maida

1 cup milk

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

4 tbsp oil

salt to taste

breadcrumbs as required

Method:

Heat oil in a frying pan,add maida and fry for a minute then add milk,stirring contineously.

Cook till thick lump is formed,remove and add to grated paneer.

Now add mashed potatoes,salt chilli powder and pepper mix well.

Divide batter into small balls and formed into pattice.

Roll in breadcrumbs,shallow fry and serve with sauce.
