4 potatoes,cut into round slices
1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dhania(coriander seeds)powder
1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)powder
1 tsp dry coconut powder
Tamarind pulp-to taste
5 green chilies
1 bunch hara dhania(coriander leaves)
Salt to taste
Make a paste by grinding all ingredients,except potateos.
Mix this paste with potato slices.
Put in a pan cover tightly,and cook on low flame,without adding water,
till the potatoes are fully cooked.
Serve hot with rotis.
