250 gms Mutton,cleaned and washed
2 Onion, finely chopped
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 small Tomato,chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 bunch fresh Sowa (dill)
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Add oil in a pressure pan and heat.
Add chopped onions and fry for few seconds,add ginger-garlic paste.
Add meat to the pan, fry well,add turmeric powder,chili powder and salt.
Add chopped dill.Add chopped tomato.Pressure cook till meat is cooked.
Fry thoroughly till oil leaves the sides of the pan.
If you like gravy,add little water and simmer for few minutes.
Serve hot with plain rice or roti.
