Ingredients:

1 kg chicken,cut into pieces

2 onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup curd (plain yoghurt)

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 tsps coriander powder

4 tsps coconut powder

2 tsps chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 tbsps oil

Salt to taste

Method:

Marinate chicken in curd,turmeric and salt mixture.Set aside.

Heat oil,add onions and fry till brown.Add turmeric powder,mix.

Add ginger-garlic paste.

Mix coriander powder,coconut powder and chilli powder,and blend well in a blender.

Now add Chicken pieces and fry well.

Add sufficient water to make good sauce.

Cover and let cook on low heat till chicken is done.

Sprinkle garam masala,remove from heat.Garnish with coriander leaves.
