1 lb green peas1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp gram flour
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/8 tsp soda-bi-carbonate
1/3 tsp red chili powder
2-3 green chilies,finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Add gram flour,green peas,soda-bi-carbonate, salt, black pepper, green
chilies and coriander and lemon juice.
Add water to make thick batter.Mix well.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan,drop small portions of the mixture in hot
oil and fry on both the sides till golden brown.
Remove with a strainer.
Serve hot with any sauce or chutney
