Ingredients:

2 cup wheat flour
2 cup palak(spinach)washed
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method:

Chop the palak finely,and fry in a pan till tender. Mix red chilli powder,salt and palak in flour,and make tight dough with the help of water.
Heat oil in a karahi.
Make small portions of dough and roll into small small puris.
Deep fry in hot oil.Remove from oil when done.
Serve with coconut chutney.
