Wash Fish, mix turmeric and powdered aniseeds apply on fish and leave for an hour.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fish pieces till light brown.
Heat 2 tbsp oil add add all the remaining ingredients except curd and fry for a minute.
Add curds and cook for 5 minutes.
Add fried fish and salt to taste.
Cover and cook on low heat till done.Remove from heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
