Ingredients:

3 onions, chopped
4 tbsps butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp mint leaves,chopped
1/4 cup peanuts or walnuts,coarsely crushed
1 tsp pepper
Salt to taste.

Method:

Heat the butter. Fry the onions till they are transparent.

Stir in the flour and cook until flour is golden brown.

Add mint leaves, salt, pepper, and crushed peanuts. Fry for a minute.

Add 5 cups of water and bring to boil lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with naans or biryani.
