500gms Boneless mutton

3/4 cup beaten curd(plain yogurt)

1 tsp Chilli powder

1/4 tsp Haldi(turmeric powder)

2 tsp Khus khus ,roasted and powdered

10 Almonds ,roasted and powdered

2 tsp Garam masala powder

2 tlsp Ginger-Garlic paste

2 onions ,chopped

2 tsp Dhania (coriander seeds)powdered

4 tbsps Ghee

1 tbsp Kothmir (coriander leaves),chopped

1 tbsp Pudina(mint leaves),chopped



To mutton apply ginger, garlic paste, curd, salt and keep aside.

Heat ghee and fry half onions till golden brown and crisp the remove and keep aside for garnishing.

Add the remaining half of the onions fry and add the mixed mutton, chilli, turmeric and fry till dry.

Add the khuskhus powder,almond powder,dhania powder and garam masala and fry a little.

Then add two cups of water and cook till the mutton is tender.

Finally sprinkle remaining fried onion and chopped kothmir and pudina.

Serve with rice.
