Ingredients:

250g khubhani(apricot )

250g sugar

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 tbsp khubhani ke beej(apricot seeds)

1/2 cup whipped cream

Method:

Soak the apricots in water for 12 hours.

Deseed the apricots cook for 20 minutes in the same water that they had been soaked.

Add sugar, cardamom powder and apricot seeds to the apricots and stir well.

When cool serve garnished with whipped cream.

Can also be eaten with custard.
