2 raw mangoes,grated1
tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp fenugreek powder
4 tbsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
4-5 garlic flakes
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 dry red chilies,broken into half
Mix the grated mangoes with chili powder,turmeric powder, mustard powder,
fenugreek powder and salt well.
Heat oil in a pan,add mustard and cumin seeds, red chilies, until they splutter.
Add garlic flakes and remove from the heat.
Cool it and add to the mango mixture and mix well.
Transfer it to a jar.This chutney remains for a week.
