4 green Capsicum
4 Potatoes ,chopped into small pieces
100 gms Carrots ,chopped into small pieces
1 Tomato ,finely chopped
1 Onion ,sliced
4 green chillies,finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Heat oil, fry the cumin seeds, add chopped potatoes, onions,green chillies
carrots, tomatoes and stir on low heat for 5 min.
Add salt ,turmeric powder stir and cook till the vegetables are fully cooked.
Add garam masala powder and lemon juice.
Then mash the cooked vegetables.
In another wok, heat oil, dip the capsicum in oil for about half minute.
Cut the top of the capsicum and stuff the mashed vegetables into it.
Microwave for about a minute and half.
Slice the capsicum into 4 pieces and serve.
