1 cup of gobhi(cauliflower),grated
cup of wheat flour
4-5 green chillies,grated
salt to taste
2 tbsp ghee or butter
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Squeze out liquid from grated gobhi,and
keep this liquid aside.
Take wheat flour in plate,add grated gobhi,green chillies, salt to taste,ghee or butter and chopped
Add the gobhi liquid as required to form dough.
Make small portions,and roll it with rolling pin
to make paratha.
Heat tawa and place paratha on it add 1tsp of oil on either sides of paratha.
Keep it on the tawa until it becomes brown on both sides by repeatedly changing the sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
