Ingredients:

25-30 hot long green peppers

1/2 cup lime juice

1/4 cup mustard seeds,powdered

1/4 cup salt

3 tsps turmeric powder

Method:

Mix mustard powder,turmeric powder and salt together.

Wash peppers and wipe out all traces of moisture.
Make a slit lengthwise in each pepper.Stuff these peppers with mustard powder mix.

Place in a clean and dry jar,pour the lime juice over.

Keep the jar air thight at room temperature,Shake every day.

The pepper will marinate in about 8-10 days.
