250 gm maida
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp plain yogurt
oil for deep frying
Seive maida with baking powder and salt,stir
yogurt to make a smooth dough.you may need to
add water if the dough is too dry.
Shape the dough into a
ball,cover with a damp cloth
and set aside to rest for 2 hours.
Lightly flour the work surface and divide the dough
into small portions.Roll a portion of dough into a ball
and flatten it with your palm and roll into puri like shape.
Repeat with the remaining dough.
Heat oil for deep frying,fry the bhaturas one at a time
for about 10 seconds
on each side.Drain on kitchen
Serve with chole.
