Baghara Rice

Ingredients:

2 cups rice

2 tbsp ghee

1 onion,chopped

4 green chillies,slit

1 tbsp chopped mint leaves

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

salt to taste

Method:

Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hour.

Heat oil in a big vessel,add onion,fry

till transparent.Add ginger-garlic paste.Add green chillies

and fry.Now add 3 cups of water,add mint and coriander

leaves.

When it starts boiling,add drained rice and salt to taste.

Cover and cook till done.

Biryani and Pullao
