Ingredients:

500 gms kheema(ground mutton)

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tbsp raw papaya pulp

1/2 tsp garam masala

2 tsp besan

1 tsp powdered poppy seeds

1 tsp roasted dry meethi leaves

1/4 tsp nutmeg powder

2 tsp cashewnut powder

1/2 shahijeera powder

1/2 tsp reddish orange color

1 tbsp crushed onions

1 tbsp green chilies and coriander paste

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1 egg yolk

salt to taste

Method:

Mix the raw papaya paste and kheema,add all the ingredients

except egg yolk and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.Remove

and grinde in mixer-grinder for 1 minute.Add egg yolk,mix well.

Divide into small portion,shape on skewers like sausage.

Roast in grill,basting twice.Serve with green chutney.
