500 gms mawa( Khova)
125 gms sugar
1 tsp rose essence
1 tsp elaichi(cardamoms)powder
1 tbsp badam(almonds)cut into two
1 tsp yellow color
Roast mawa in a pan on a low fire.Mix suger and keep on roasting till it thickened,remove from stove and allow to
mix rose essence and elaichi powder.
Divide the mixture in two portions,mix the yellow color in one portion.
Roll both the mixture seperately on the rolling board like chapathi.
Place the yellow one on top of
the white one.
Start rolling from one side to make roll.
Place silver warak on the roll and cut it into pieces.
Place the badam piece on every peda roll.
