1 corn cob
1 piece of ginger,finely cut
1 green chilli,finely cut
1 tbsp coriander,finely cut
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
2 bread slices
oil for frying
Boil and grate potatoes.Remove corn seeds from corn
boil and ground to paste.soak the bread slices in water
squeeze and mash.
In a mixing bowl take grated potatoes,add salt,ginger,
red chilli powder,chat masala,green chilli,coriander,
corn paste and mashed bread,mix well.
Make small cutlets.Heat oil in a kadai,and deep fry the
cutlets.serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
