10 bread slices
4 green chillies,finely cut
2 tbsp coriander,finely cut
1" ginger piece,finely cut
100 gms cheese,grated
salt to taste
oil for frying
Soak bread slices in water,remove and squeze the
water off,and mash.Add green chilli,ginger,coriander
and salt,mix well.Make small portions.
In each portion place some grated cheese and cover
to make ball,press a little to make cutlet shape.
Heat oil in a kadai,and deep fry the cutlets till golden
brown.Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
