Ingredients:

1/2 kg minced chicken

55 gms(2oz)canned or frozen

sweetcorn,drained

6 garlic cloves,finely chopped

1 onion,finely chopped

2 green chillies,seeded and

finely chopped

1 tsp roasted jeera powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 eggs

2 tbsp besan(gram flour)

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

oil for deep frying

Method:

Mix the chicken,sweetcorn,garlic,onion,chillies,jeera powder

and turmeric.Add the eggs,one at a time,mixing in each one

thoroughly.Mix besan a tbsp at a time.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper,add chopped coriander

leaves.Mix well .

Heat oil for deep frying.Divide it into 8-10 portions and shape

them into small even-sized cutlets.

Deep fry the cutlets until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain on kitchen paper,cut into half and serve.
