Ingredients

1 cup paneer, grated
1 cup carrot, finely grated
1 tbsp onion, grated
1 tsp salt
tsp aginomoto
tsp pepper
cup whole wheat flour
cup maida
1 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
1 egg, beaten well
1 cup skimmed milk
1 tbsp butter, melted

Method

Mix together paneer, carrot, onion, 1/2 tsp salt,aginomoto and pepper. Set aside.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt (remaining 1/2 tsp) together. Beat egg and milk together. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add egg mixture and beat with rotary beater until well blended. Stir in butter.

Heat non-stick pan. Pour batter into pools about 4" diameter. As it becomes full of bubbles and puffy, turn and brown the other side. Quickly spread paneer mixture onto pancake and roll up. Serve immediately.
