Ingredients

18 bread slices (without lard and crust)
200 gm cheddar cheese (grated)
1 finely chopped onion
cup fresh coriander
2 green chillies
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method

Soak each slice, one at a time, for half a minute. Squeeze and roll the bread in folded palms.

Put a mixture of the other ingredients on to the slice and seal the ends in curved and folded palms.

Deep fry, until golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
