Ingredients:
1 pound boneless lamb
2 egg whites
2 tbsps cornstach
1 clove garlic,minced
1/4 cup cooking oil
110-oz packfrozen cut asparagus
1 green pepper
1 red onion,chopped
1/4 cup light raisins
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp catsup
1/3 cup water
Salt to taste
Method:
Slice lamb in thin strips.Combine egg white and cornstarch,
stir in meat.
In a wok,heat 2 tbsps oil,stir-fry lamb and garlic till meat is
brown,removeand keep aside.
Add the remaining oil,add asparagus,onion,and pepper,
stir-fry till heated through,about 1 minute.Combine water
raisins,sherry,curry powder,soy sauce,catsup,and salt.
Add to wok along with meat.Heat through.
