Ingredients:
1.Crab- One pack or 2 lbs,cut and clean. 2.Onion - 1 large,chopped. 3.Ginger
& Garlic Paste - 3tsp. 4.Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp. 5.Cloves - 3 nos. 6.Red Chilly Powder - 3 tsp. 7.Turmeric
powder - 1/2 tsp. 8.Oil - As Required. 9.Garam Masala - 1 tsp. 10.Salt - As required. 11.Coriander
leaves - As required.
Method:
1.First cut and clean(cutoff the crab nails) the crab with water,just
rinse it and spread some salt,Red chilly powder 2 tsp,Turmeric powder(1/2 tsp),Ginger and Garlic Paste(1 tsp) and keep
it aside for 15 min. 2.Take a Deep pan and heat it with oil,once it get heated up put the chopped onions,fennel
seeds,cloves and fry well in medium heat. 3.The onion should be fried well till it turns to brown in colour,now
add ginger and garlic paste to it and fry for another 3 min,till you get the smell of ginger and garlic. 4.Now
add Red chilly powder to this and fry for a min. Note: If you want it hot add some tsp
of red chilly powder,Generally for crab dish mild hot will do good. 5.Now add the crab to this above mixture
and fry for 5 min in a medium flame. Add the garam masala too. 6.Pour 4 glasses
of water into it,taste a little bit and add salt as requird to your taste and cover the pan with the lid.
Note: You can add more water too,because crab will take some time to cook well with more water. 7.Wait till it
turns to thick gravy,that is crab should be well coated with the gravy. Note: If you
want like still more dry type,you have to keep on stirring till it becomes very dry in medium heat. 8.Garnish
the Crab Fry with chopped coriander. Now your Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Crab Fry is ready to have.
Crab Fry goes well with White Rice,Biryani,Pulav,Lemon
Rice,Coconut Rice. Crab Fry is a good winter time treat.
