Ingredients:
kundru(tindora)-cut pieces-1 cup
green chillies-2
tamarind-1/2 inch piece
oil-11/2 teaspoon
salt as per taste
Method:
fry the kundru with green chillies and hing and after 15 minutes add the tamarind and salt. just grind
with three teaspoons water. bas. enjoy!
