Ingredients:
1/2
kg Paneer
1/2 tsp edible red color
200 gm yogurt or curd
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
100 gm butter
Method:
1. Cut paneer into large pieces,marinate
with curd or yogurt,salt,black pepper and red color for 15 minutes.
2. Place the marinated paneer pieces on oven tray
and bake it at 250deg.C for 25 minutes.
