75 gms or 1 cup boondi
325 gms or 1 1/2 cups unsweetened yoghurt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
pinch of paprika
pinch of garam masala
Procedure:
Soak the boondi in a little cold water for 10 minutes.
Beat the yoghurt in a bowl until smooth.
Add salt and chilli powder and stir.
Gently squeeze the boondi to remove the water and add to the spiced yoghurt.
Mix well and chill.
Before serving sprinkle with paprika and garam masala.
