1 whole chicken

For marinade:

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp orange juice

1 tsp white pepper powder

2 tbsp oil

salt to taste

For barbecue sauce:

1 tbsp butter

1/4 cup mix vegetables(carrot,onion,leeks)

chopped fine

2 bay leaves

1 tsp black pepper corns

2 tomateos,chopped fine

1 tbsp garlic,chopped fine

salt to taste1/4 cup cream.


Marinate the chicken with marinade ingredients

and keep aside for 2 hours in a refrigerator.

To prepare barbecue sauce:

Heat butter in a pan and saute the vegetable mix with bay leaves,

pepper corns and chopped tomatoes lightly.

Add enough stock or water and cook till the tomatoes fully mashed.

Strain the mixture.Heat butter in a pan.Saute garlic add tomato puree.

Add seasoning and finish with cream.

Roast the chicken in a microwave oven till done.

Serve the hot chicken on the hot sizzler tawa,with sauce poured over,

along with grilled potato and cabbage strings.
