Ingredients:
2 lbs Spinach(palak),finely chopped
4 cup milk
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
Method:
Heat butter in a pan add flour and fry for a minute.
Add milk,when it starts boiling add 4 cup water,salt,black pepper and palak.
Cook for 20 minutes.Strain and serve with little fresh cream on it.
