Boil Tomatoes,run in a grinder,strain to obtain juice.
Heat butter in a pan,add onions and saute.
Add carrot,cabbage,and green peas.fry for 2 minutes.
Add tomato juice.Add salt,black pepper,garam masala and sugar.
Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add this mixture to soup.
Cook on low flame for 30 minutes or till done.
Add grated cheese and cook for one more minute.
Serve hot.
