500 gms tomatoes,chopped

1 onions,chopped

3 tbsp butter

1/2 cup stock(vegetable or chicken or plain water)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

2 tej patta(bay leaves)

1 " dalchini(cinnamon stick)

1/2 tsp shahi jeera

2 nos.badi elaichi

1 tsp peppercorns

1 tsp red chilli powder

5 tbsp fresh heavy cream

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 tbsp lime juice

1/4 tsp red color (mix in little water)

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

salt to taste


Heat 2 tsp butter in a pan,add tej patta,dalchici,shahijeera,peppercorn,and badi elaichi.

Then add chopped onions,and saute.Now add chopped tomatoes and stock or water

and cook till the tomatoes fully mashed.strain the mixture and keep aside.

Heat the remaining butter in a pan,saute ginger-garlic paste,add red chilli powder and

tomato puree,salt to taste,black pepper powder,worcestershire sauce and red color.

Add lime juice mix well,then add fresh cream.
