Chicken marinade:

500 gms boneless chicken cubes

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp corn flour

1 tbsp plain flour

salt to taste

1/2 tsp pepper

1 egg

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

oil for deep frying

Marinate chicken in all the ingredients for 1 hour.


Garlic finely chopped 3 tbsp

4 tbsp tomato puree

1 tbsp chili sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp chili powder

salt to taste

2 chicken cubes or 1/2 cup chicken stock

3 tbsp Corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup water

bunch of scallops or spring onions chopped

2 tbsp oil


Deep fry the marinated chicken till golden brown and keep it aside.

Prepare Sauce:

Heat the oil and fry the ginger garlic paste and chopped spring onions.

Now add the chicken cubes with 1/2 cup water or chicken stock, tomato puree, soy sauce,

chili sauce, salt and corn flour mixture .

Simmer, till the mixture becomes saucy and really thick.

Now add the fried chicken and mix well, take off from heat.

It's good if chicken is add just before serving.

Prawns can be cooked the same way.
