Ingredients:

1 pack bread

1 tbsp gram flour

Oil for deep frying

Filling:

1/4 kg Mince Meat

2 tbsp green Peas

1 Onion,finely chopped

1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste

bunch of coriander leaves,chopped

1 tsp Chili powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp Garam Masala powder

2 tsp lime juice

1tbsp oil

Method:

Heat oil in a pan add onion,fry till translucent.

Add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.

Now add the mince meat and green peas,add salt,chili powder

and let it cook on medium flame covering with a lid.

when the meat is cooked add the coriander leaves,lime juice and garam masala powder

and fry. The mince should be slightly moist before taking off the heat.

Keep it aside.

Cut the crusts off the bread pieces and roll them flat with a rolling pin.

Place a little amount of the filling in the center and roll it like a roll and seal

the edges with gram flour paste mix with sufficient amount of water.

Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry them till golden brown.

Serve hot with any dip or sauce.

For veg bread rolls boiled Potatos can be used instead of minced meat.
