Ingredients:

325 gms Potatoes,boiled and peeled

1 small Onion,finely chopped

2-3 Green Chillies,finely chopped

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Small lime sized,ball of Tamarind

1/2 cup hot water

1 tbsp Coriander leaves,chopped

Method:

Soak the tamarind in hot water for about 30 minutes.

Squeeze well to draw out all the pulp.Strain and keep aside.

Cut the potatoes into thick round slices and cool thoroughly.

Gently mix in all remaining ingredients.

Serve cold.
