Make sugar syrup by adding some water to the sugar and boil.
Heat ghee in a wok and allow it to cool.
Add the sugar syrup in besan in small quantities and
stirring continueously to avoid any lumps.mix well.
Now add ghee to this mixture in small quantities and stirring continueously.
Roast this mixture till thick.
Now Grease any plate with ghee and pour the mixture into it.
Allow it to settle,and cut into pieces.Let it cool.
Turn the plate up side down and pat it.
