Ingredients:
30 golgappas(puris of pani puri)
ragada or prepared chick peas for filling
1 cup beaten fresh curd(yogurt)
1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney
1/2 cup green chutney
1/2 cup sev
1/2 cup coriander leaves
Method:
Make a hole in each golgappa.
Fill with the ragada or chick peas filling.
Pour a little curd, sweet tamarind chutney and green chutney on top.
Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
