100g potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed

1 onion, chopped

2 green chilies, chopped

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp coriander leaves,finely chopped

Salt to taste

1 packet of pastry puff sheets

2 tbsp melted butter


Heat oil in a pan,add onions, green chilies, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste .

Fry for few minutes,add mashed potatoes, salt and cook for a minute.

Sprinkle coriander powder,garam masala and coriander leaves.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Cut each puff sheet into 5 pieces.

Unfold the layers, stuff with the potato curry and fold as it is using butter.

Repeat for the other pieces.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place the puffs in a baking tray.

Bake them until golden brown for 30-40 minutes.

Serve hot.
