8 to 10 mutton chops

2 onions,finely chopped

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 tomatoes,chopped

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp cumin seeds roasted and ground

1 tsps garam masala

1 cup curd,beaten

Salt to taste

2tbsps green coriander, chopped

3 tbsps lemon juice


Place a large wok/karahi on heat.

In that wok put the mutton chops, tomatoes, onions, chilli powder,turmeric, yoghurt,

salt and ginger-garlic paste,Stir and bring to the boil.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 50 minutes or until the chops are almost cooked.

Add cumin powder and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce thick.

Add lemon juice and garam masala and stir well,remove from heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
