Ingredients:
2 cups Maize flour
1/2 cup butter or ghee
1/4 tbsp Salt
warm water
Method:
Sieve flour with salt,make soft dough with warm water,pat with hands into
rotis using dry flour .
Roast on both sides serve hot with Sarsaon ka Saag and little butter on
top.
